Inbolt GuideNOW is a real-time robot guidance system based on 3D vision enables automation in unconstrained environments by giving eyes and a brain to the robot. The system consists of a camera mounted on the robot & AI-powered algorithm which identifies the position of a workpiece and realign in REAL-TIME you robot position. It aims at reducing automation cost and complexity and enhance robots flexibility and adaptability. The system is based on a proprietary 3D vision-based part location technology based on 3D models Thanks to a high acquisition and processing speed, our solution is able to correlate the trajectory of your robot with the position and orientation of your part in real time. Inbolt's system allows to automate fixed stations as well as moving lines(AGV,AMR,Conveyor), while keeping a limited integration complexity and reducing the traditional constraints linked to robotisation (jigs, calibration, specific tools systems).
