Its opening spring can be switched on and off, which allows the user to work effortlessly for long periods of time. The ergonomically shaped plier handle also ensures comfortable, fatigue-proof work. The high-quality chrome-plated plier surface additionally provides protection against rust, ensuring the pliers have a long service life. The cutting edges that are inductively hardened to approx. 64 HRC and the high-quality C 70 tool steel contribute to a long tool life. The insulated cable cutter pliers are subject to routine testing as per the international IEC 60900 standard, thus ensuring safe work on live parts up to 1,000 V AC.
