Safe operation up to 1,000 V AC
Often, thick wires must be securely held and shaped at the same time, which requires a high bending force. The needle nose pliers from Wiha are the solution for all fitting, gripping and adjustment tasks. The toothed gripping surface ensures that all components, wires or cables can be easily and comfortably held in place. In addition, the long, pointed and flat rounded jaws that are angled at 40°allow the secure insertion of low-lying components. What's more, the cutting edges located behind them allow cutting soft, medium-hard and hard wires to length. The ergonomically shaped plier handle ensures comfortable, fatigue-proof work. The cutting edges that are inductively hardened to approx. 64 HRC and the high-quality C 70 tool steel contribute to a long tool life. The insulated needle nose pliers are subject to routine testing as per the international IEC 60900 standard, thus ensuring safe work on live parts up to 1,000 V AC.
