is a synthetic, low-noise lubricating grease, manufactured in a clean environment. The product components and the low base oil viscosity enable a very high speed characteristic and a low friction torque, confirmed by measurements on the low-temperature test bench.
Areas of application:
ASONIC GLY 32 is used, for example, for long-term or for-life lubrication of electric motor rolling bearings when there is also a requirement for low starting torque at low temperatures. Some examples of the variety of special applications in which ASONIC GLY 32 is used are miniature and small bearings in fans, motors and pumps of precision engineering devices, household machines and air conditioning systems in automobiles, as well as integrated bearing units in audio and video devices, computer peripherals and office machines .
Application instructions:
The lubricant is applied using a spatula, brush, grease gun or grease cartridge. The feasibility of funding in automatic dosing systems must be tested and coordinated.
