Depending on the site of operation, different hammer heads are needed to meet the specific requirements of various tasks. The white, very hard hammer face is suitable for heavy industry, construction, foundries and road construction. The black, medium-soft hammer face is ideal for the paving or tiling trade, as well as for prefabricated house construction. The recoiling impact effect of the soft-faced hammer reduces the effort required, especially for repeated impacts.
